''The commercial exhibition of music art prints appointMENT took shape in 2016 with the aim to expand the festival’s visual scope and to simultaneously readdress and revive the form of the music art print. Since the beginning, one of the main goals has been to engage the largest possible number of young creatives from various fields of art. Like every year so far, 77 visual artists have been appointed one band/musician performing at MENT 2020, whose music served as the main source of inspiration for the creation of art prints.

appointMENT 4.0 brings back the classic large format of music art prints and high quality digital inkjet print that allows particularly intense colours. This time around, the names of performers/bands are not included in the print in an attempt to question the form of the music art print and graphic art, blurring the lines between them. With their unique visual languages, Slovenian and foreign artists have created a collection of music art prints as diverse as the music of artists performing at MENT 2020.''
