Something good is cooking at Slovene Philanthropy, and it is intergenerational cooperation – now presented through the lenses of Slovenian regions and recipes

Slovene Philanthropy is an NGO that has been around for almost three decades, does many different things in the fields of volunteering, migration, intergenerational and international cooperation, and runs a part of the Ljubljana Pro Bono Clinic.

They run five Houses Fruits of Society around Slovenia – community centers that offer free activities for all generations. When they were thinking about how to present what's cooking (literally and figuratively) at those Houses, they came up with the idea of a cookbook.

The end result includes presentations of four different Slovenian regions with some cultural tidbits and 24 recipes – some traditional for those regions, others more modern – all smartly illustrated.

Like a skillful chef's hand can create a tasty dish from different ingredients, we combined the work of amazing recipe creators, photographer, graphic designer and illustrator, that all participated in making a beautiful book, one that offers a variety of visuals and content to its reader.
